1.THE SETUP
Equipment deployed:
► 8× motorized LED walls (vertical + horizontal movement)
► 3× stage lift platforms (variable-height positioning)
► 2× BW Consoles + Pando 3D simulation software
Control split:
► Console 1 (stage-side): Controls 3 lifts. Operator watches performers.
► Console 2 (video control): Controls 8 LED walls. Operator syncs with camera switching.

2. Why It Matters
WHY SPLIT CONSOLES?
Not for backup — for workflow.
Stage lift operator needs:
• Direct sightline to performers
• Fast reaction for emergency stops
• Preset height sequences
LED wall operator needs:
• Real-time sync with video director
• Motion path adjustments on the fly
• Multi-screen coordination
Two different jobs. Two different sightlines. Two consoles.

3. Technical Backbone
Control System:
- BW Console (256-axis capacity, EtherCAT control)
- Pando 3D simulation (virtual motion planning)
- ±1mm positioning accuracy
- <0.1ms synchronization latency
Safety Features:
- BGV-C1/EN 17206 certified servo hoists
- Dual electromagnetic brakes
- Interlock safety logic (collision avoidance)
- Category 0/1 emergency stops
